Sorry, no help here either....... the WI deer seasons have been a major topic in every newspaper in the state for the past 11 months, changing CWD zones, T-zones, season lengths and so on and so on. It's very hard to believe any resident hunter hasn't been aware of the possibility of changes occuring.
As for the short walleye remark, same thing, most launches have a list of fish and sizes, if not, the information is out there whether it be pamphlets or on the website, if you don't know what you're doing out there, maybe you shouldn't BE out there, eh?
Both are cases of poaching, pure and simple, and I'm not a lawyer, just a broken down truck driver. and I know what the regs say that apply to me when and where I am.
