In my opinion, the difference is that hopefully one has scouted an area before they drag that thing out there & construct it in that area. 2'nd is that you still have to get there without them spottin you (at least it's somewhat fair). I wrestle with these types of questions all the time and have determined that I have to do what I think is right (within the law) despite what others think or even it makes for a more difficult hunt. After all I have to live with myself 1'st.
