anyhow, how come you were using a bow and not a muzzleloader???
Unfortunately, I don't own a muzzleloader (yet). [:-] So I just use my bow until general firearms season comes in.

Man, that is horrible. That was probably from a slob hunter with no concern in tracking and probably had a real lightweight longbow at 35# or something. My bow is 65# and hits like a Mack truck. If I hit the lungs with an arrow, the animal is going down, no questions...
