I don't think having 1.75 cutting dimeter bheads is a terrible thing, but you better know that you have the bow setup to allow that big of a bhead to perform the way they should. I would say that if everyone polled on what the cutting diameter of their bhead was...it would be, on average, 1 1/4. I use Rocket Sidewinder 3's that is at 1 1/2, but on whitetails that is about as high as I would go. The rest in my opinion is overkill(if you have the bow to shoot the bigger bheads correctly). Any bhead between 1 1/8 and 1 1/2 would be fine and most bows are good enough for mechs to perform correctly between that range. The fixed blade guys can help you out better on this, but I'd say that most of those bhead cutting diameters are about 1 1/8-1 1/4 and they work great for those who use them. Don't switch to something different that you aren't used to and are proficient with, but in the off season....I'd go smaller.
