I made a scrape about 15 yards from my stand. It is about 3' by 3'. I bought the scrape kit at Wal-Mart for $20. In the middle of the scrape there is a root sticking out. It is about 2 inches in diameter. It sticks up about 3 inches. Will this affect the scrape? Does the Active Scrape deer urine work well? I can get 1 oz for $5 or 4 oz for $20 and a "free" dripper. Is the urine in the dripper combo good? How far from my stand should I make my scrape? I have not had any activity except for one coyote track. I wore rubber gloves and was scent free.
