Hate to say it and hopefully you already have, get a new pair. I'd get some rubber ones.
Try putting baking soda or ammonia on em. Not together. Put em in a bucket with a lid and some baking soda for 2 days.
Use the Ammonia with hot water and scrub it in. This got diseil smell out of a jobsite container for me. Cedar Shavings at the end, But even if you don't smell it, the deer may still be able to.
