The first week of the season there was very little activity in may regular area. My son in law took me to his spot that is about an air mile away. The woods were all tore up. Scrapes, rubs and movement almost all day long. The only reason that I can come up with is that his area has a better buck to doe ratio. We are in to week 3 and my area is just starting to get active. Think I'll hunt with the kid. Seems he found a honey hole.
