Hey

I have 2 1/2 year old spanial. I want to take her quail and pheasant hunting with me. It will be her first time. Do spanials just know how to hunt? Will she flush game as i follow, or must this all be teached?

She is a great fetcher and pretty obedient. All Black and named Raven.

Any pointers would really help

Or should i take my bassett hound? LOL, he is old, dont know if he is up for it, more into sleeping.
