Where we are in Susquehanna Cty it has been REAL slow, lot of rubs and scrapes starting to appear but very few deer sightings. My partner took a 8 pt 2 weeks ago and when he did it came in with another 8 pt and they were pushing one another around.

Bowhunting World mag has an article in the Nov issues and they perdict a early and intense rut this year. They say they expect the peak to occur bewtween Oct 29 and Nov 7. They also say that if temps are above 45 and clear weather the rut becomes more nocturnal with less daytime activity.
