About 8 years ago the group of guys I hunted with were all out in the woods when we hear a rifle report. One the radio we here "I just shot a buck", no joke, you just disturbed the whole woods! Anyway, he shot the buck in the jaw and it was just hanging there when it ran off. So after tracking this deer across the property and onto the neighbors property, maybe close to a mile distance, we lost his trail. It wasn't going to bleed out, it was going to starve and die the worst of deaths.

After questioning Elmer Fudd it turns out he didn't even shoot in his rifle that year. For the last two or three years his son took his gun to the range and dialed it in. No wonder he has problems like that. Since that event I will not enter the woods with that guy.
