RE: First Year Bowhunter - Looking for Advise???
I mainly have two points for you.....
1)If you have put in the practice time already to be good and to be consistant, you should know what distance you are comfortable shooting at. Stick to that and maybe a little under. Shooting at a live animal is a lot different than shooting at a target. Many guys will give me you very good pointers. Take all of them and see if they apply to you. All will help tremendously.
2)Know what good shot placement is on an animal and keep that in your mind when the shot is presenting itself. Only take the shot when your confident it will find it's mark. Confidence is big thing with bowhunting.
