I first though maybe its because the skin at a deer's ribs is pretty taught and when you puncture it, it really pops open, like a balloon on impact.
But why wouldn't the same happen with other 1 3/8" heads? -Still not mocking the head.
P.S. those Gators also look interesting.
How is the toughness aspect of the blades on both? That was one of the reasons I never really cared for mechanicals. But that was years ago when I tried them. Way before gators or snypers.
