i recently broke my scapula (shoulder blade) and doc told me i cant shoot a gun that kicks till it heals. Early doe season is thurs fri and sat here in PA so i wanna go. I have a 223 which i have used 2 harvest deer b4. Right now i have some 55gr Sierra gameking HPBT's loaded up for it with 21.9 gr of IMR 4198. I was wondering if this slug would work on deer or if i should load something else up. I have no choice but to use the 223 so all u 223 bashers lay off lol. So whattya think guys??? [&:]
