The Ruger Vaquero is a great Single Action.I would choose one of the Ruger Blackhawks over the Vaquero only because of the adjustable sights.There is a Bisley with adjustable sights.See which one is most comfortable to you.Colts are getting hard to come by and getting very pricey.S&W as far as I know have never made S/A like Ruger or Colt.S&W did make a S/A model 14 but has been discontinued.It was the same as a Model 15 except S/A.
