I belive that everyone in this thread is shooting a .50.
My load consists of two 50 grain Pyrodex pellets and one 30 grain Pyrodex pellet, a 200 grain T/C Shockwave sabot and a Winchester 209 primer.
You might want to use this load as a starting point but do not use it with out first going to the range to see how it shoots out of your muzzleloader. Everyone's gun shoots differently.
