I was out walking to my stand and I saw some fresh tracks on the ground. I looked right next to them and saw a pair of coyote tracks. I was a little bit nervous. I am terrified of coyotes, mountain lions, etc. Well I nocked an arrow just incase. I set my treestand down and heard some leaves crunching. I hit my release on my stand on accident. I saw a tree shake and heard something run. I know it was not a squirrel, rabbit, or bird. It shook the whole tree. I doubt a coyote could do this and we do not have any bears. I am so happy. Atleast I know they are there!
