I agree, but I might also add that I would switch trees. I think it would be good to stay nearby, but a different tree wouldn't hurt anything. Also, I am not sure grunting at him was such a good idea. I think we get so excited that we want to see how nice they are. We may benefit more from simply letting him walk and not causing further confusion. He now knows the sound of your grunt and may put two and two together. I hope not for your sake, keep us posted and get that rascal! Good luck!
