Default RE: traditional bowhunting ..

Kevin: here are a few tips that will help you make your transition to traditional archery.
1. Don't over-bow yourself. Start out with a bow in the 40/45 pound range.
2. Limit your shooting distance to say ten yards, to start with. Once your arrows are consistantly grouping around three inch groups, move back in five yard increments, keeping that three inch grouping.
3. There are a number of good books and videos on shooting stickbows. 4. Develope good, consistant shooting form and stick with it. Some people pick up shooting stickbows easily; some it takes awhile to master; some never can.(these are the folks that you can buy bows from cheap)
5. HAVE FUN....cause stickbow shootin is a blast! Welcome to my world.
