Any no if the price difference is worth it to move up to the VXIII. Has anyone ever held up a VXII and a VXIII in low light conditions and noted a difference?

Here is my issue

VXIII 3.5-10X40 $459.00

VXII 4-12X40 AO $399.00

I would like the 4-12X40 with the AO but not sure if I would be better off with the VXIII.
