I live in Erie County Pa, it is one of the counties with the 4 to a side rule. I pretty much go spotting everynight, and all I can tell you is that, the point restriction is definetly working! I have seen more and bigger bucks around than I ever have. I really think that there are a lot more bucks too. I see new bucks everynight, that I have not seen in two months of spotting.
