The guy who shoots a buck without the required points is > If he calls the PGC and reports it.The game warden will come out.You then can plead your case how you made the honest mistake, It is up to the gamewarden to believe you that it was a mistake or you are trying to pull something. If he believes you ,you get the deer ,but the PGC gets the antlers unless you want to pay 10.00 a point. If he thinks your trying to get away with a scam ,he will fine you for killiong a illegal deer. If you shoot a ilegal buck and try and sneak it out without calling the PGC and get caught ,your in trouble again
