I think this is a great law. Does any other state have a limit? It seems that their buck size has grown, everybody has been saying so. Has enybody elses state tried something like this? Also what happens to the guy , that can't count so he shoots a under leagle one? Do you think this happens often? They do come in quick sometimes. With narrow shooting lanes and a second to react it could get tough.
