I haven't done this but a couple of times and it's been awhile, but I think you've gotta go to your picture in your photobucket account, below the picture it should give you a URL address. Copy that and paste it between {image}{/image}

Try this and then check the box that says embed picture in post, and then submit the post. If I'm wrong, I'm sorry. It's been awhile.
