Default RE: Burris Fullfield II Scopes

I have owned 2 FF II's and am batting 50% with them. I understand they are now made in Japan which is a good thing since they are probably better made then the mess I got the first time. The last one I purchased 3.5-10x50 was a good scope for the money. The first one was a disaster and I have posted here about it many times. I have also owned 4 signature scopes and batted 50 % with them . 1.5-5,2.5-10x44,(2) 3-9x40's granted these were the original turret forward design signatures. The new models have changed. Even though I had some problems with them I wouldn't discount not owning another but quite frankly there are better scopes out there in the same value range.

Bushnell,Leupold,Nikon,Pentax,Sightron are priced similiarly and in one example made by Burris(Pentax) and would be better buys. Weaver and other lower priced scopes are also very well put together scopes. Try them all and see what you like best is my best advice.

Their CS has no where to go but up Is about all I can say
