I have a pair of insulated bibs and jacket from about 10 years ago and I absolutely love them. I don't like coveralls because you can't raise your arms into shooting position correctly unless you buy an oversized pair then other complications arise.....When the weathers cold, I like to tuck my hands into the bibs and keep them warm against my body.
