beings i'm fidgety by nature, i make every effort to not move: bow resting in my lap with my release engaging the string. i've found that if i built stable and solid stands my comfort level (i.e. lack of movement) allows me to sit "in the ready position" for a couple hours. i would like to use a bowholder, but (imo) it would create unneccessary movement....
