Speeking as a land owner i see no problem with the call to hunt thing. If both partys use it.

We actualy share stand sites here.
But we all share the work now.

I had a problem last year. I am no longer the nice land owner.

If i had 3 of my buddys put a stand in the same general location it would be up to them to work it out.
if they could not all 3 would move and i would put my wifes stand there.
