if you can find someone who's blowing in foam insulation into houses, get yourself a big plastic garbage bag and have them fill it for you. I get an industrial bag filled for $5, have them fill it half way, then squish it together some, then fill the rest. Shape it into form you want, then let it dry. It takes several days to completly dry, but they work great. I usually shoot 100 arrows a week in the summer months, and it'll last several years even shooting broadheads. Taz
