Sounds like you had a cool little experience there. I had a similar experience with it last year where I missed a buck and he circled me trying to catch my scent. He tasted the air for a good 5 minutes, nose held high 20 yards downwind of me. His nose told him nothing and I eventually got a second shot off and bagged him.

It's good to hear these things as it reinforces why I use it so religiously, and that I should continue to do so. Don't credit me with it though, I pulled it off a Realtree.com form last year!
