Default RE: indoor worlds how do they work

fireflight,

This is not a marked yardage shoot. It is just like a regular outdoor 3-d. Your yardage max's are the same as any other IBO qualifier or tournament. For the shorter yardages for say hunter & youth, the numbering is different. Some classes will have black numbers on white background, and some classes will have black background with white or yellow numbers. So don't be fooled and shoot the wrong target. It has happened to a lot of us, wrong target = 0 score. I have shot Cleveland twice now, and enjoy it. I believe you have only have 1 1/2 minutes to shoot not the full 2 minute deal. Have fun and stay focused, there really isn't much time for visiting on the line. Make your shots and afterwards look to see where your next spot on the line is and get your bow near it, now after you pull arrows you are headed toward your next number and ahead of the game.
I believe your max yardage for the regular hunter class is approx. 35 yards, if you are in the new money hunter class it is approx 45 yard max. The IBO uses McKenzie targets.

I'll be there again in 2005, shoot straight and most of all have fun.
