RE: Field Saw - Sagen?
I have been using them for years and too think they are very handy tool. One reason I bought the sagen in the first place was b/c being taught to always split the pelvis upon gutting for cooling and seperation of the inner hams. I then realized hey I dont have to cut around the popper, just release at trach and pull to the rear out plops the guts after the pelvis has been nicely cut with the sagen. Small, cheap, safe and works....no dislikes I can think of!
I received the NAP Zip Saw for my birthday but have yet to use. Other than reg. camp, bone saw, knife or small axe these are about the only ones I have seen.
