Howa hands down, that tikka is nice but not really any better then a remington 710.
That's like someone saying their 1972 Ford Pinto is just as good as a 2005 Rolls Royce! [8D]
The Howa is a good gun, but I much prefer the Tikkas. I think they are a little more refined and probably more accurate on average. The 710 is junk.
