Default Does this sound ethical to you!

My buddy & I placed our treestands on the property we hunt back in August. Great deer hotspots. Problem is when my buddy went to check his stand and place trail markers last week he found that someone placed a ladder stand not more than 40 yards from his and about 70 from mine (almost right between the two). We found out who it was and I gave him a polite phone call to let him know that our stands were there in case he didn't spot them when he put his in. You think he would be courteous and remove his stand. Noooo! He said that he would call everytime to see if we were going to be there when he wanted to be there so that he could make other arrangements. Tell me if I'm wrong but I just don't see how that will work. I talked to the land owner to see If he could help. No help and he is my father- in- law. Didn't expect help from him anyway. What are some of your thoughts on how to handle this situation. There is no way in hell that we are moving our stands for this joker.
