This contest is just for fun and I wouldn't want anyone to change the way they hunt for it. As for the bear thing I don't know what to tell you. Is the license much $$? It couldn't hurt to have one but make sure you know where to aim on a bear. I for one would not have any idea what the exact target area would be. I also do not have bears on our property.
