Winchester T22 target ammo is reasonably priced, is standard velocity ammo, is very consistant, and doesn't bark very loud compared to high velocity stuff, and its easier on your rifle.
You could buy CCI CB subsonic ammo, you would have to hand feed every round into your 10/22 but it will be apprximately as loud as clapping your hands when fired.
