draw length too long. gripping the bow too tight, should have a loose grip. locking your elbow, arm should be slightly bent, this can be achieved by rotating your hand on the grip, hold your arm in front of you, bend your wrist and your forearm and elbow should move out. just a few things that could be going on, should still hit with long sleeves though, I dont get that part.
