Default RE: The big what if question

Several years ago I was going to hunt a WMA down the road about 25 miles from where I live and when I pulled out of the driveway that morning I noticed that my fuel gauge was showing near empty so I stopped by the gas station for a fill up and spilled gasoline on my hunting boot. I continued on my way and eventually got to where I was going to hunt and spent most of the day listening to deer blow and snort at me. What I waste of time. I should have filled up the evening before. Lesson learned. Scent control is extremly important if you want to succeed at deer hunting. I never stop at a gas station for gas or anything else on my way to a hunt.
