Always important to mount a Bull Tahr with plenty of shoulder included, so you can show off the mane. To me the mane is the trophy.

We've picked spring, as the Bulls have split off on their own, and you don't have to stalk through pesky (And very alert) nannies.
Trout fishing starts here next week, so I've been preparing all my fly gear in anticipation.
We still have a lodge full of skiers. Skiing will finish middle October.
