Default Trouble with rocket steelheads

I've shot rocket steelheads now for two seasons and have killed two deer with them shot through the lungs and I recovered both deer. I shot a buck this year through the lungs and the deer traveled at least 250yards before I found him and the blood trail was scant to say the least. THis year I bought 3 packs off the broadheads and every one of them was not sharp to say the least. A couple of my friends shoot rocket broadheads as well and they all have same complaint of them being not so sharp out of the pack. As far as flight and penetration you cant beat the steelhead 100, but what good is a dull broadhead. Does anyone else find this to be a problem with rocket broadheads. I've shot alot of deer through the lungs and never had one go so far. Thunderhead 100's is what I shot before and everyone knows how sharp thunderheads are. Maybe I got a bad batch of broadheads, or maybe not. THanks for any imput guys.
