Well, just want to add to these replies. My top pin is at 30 yards. Depends what you're shooting. For elk, I have taken at 5-7 yards, 10 yards & 20 yards without any compensation. For deer, because it is smaller, just make sure you choose the best arrow first. I haven't compensate for any, yet. But I numbered my arrows and choose the best one.
