Whoopie pies are basically frosting sandwiched between two small chocolate cakes(at leas I've never seen anything other than chocolate) about the size of your palm that are about 2" tall. Good eats!

It's pop around here and I haven't got a clue as to why they call it soda in the east and pop in the west.
