I shot My 04 Pat VFT single cam the other day thru a crono and got 290fps, that was with a 407 gr arrow and all accessories on the string including an alignment tube. I shoot a 30 inch draw and the poundage is a little over 70. (I haven't measured it yet but it's cranked down) Afterward I removed my nock set in favor of a knot. That may buy me a couple feet. I thought 290 was fast for a hunting set up compaired to my Q2XL that was 275 with the same set up.
