It is a great round to hunt with or to have fun at the range. If you get one start out with remington 405 grain rounds they are a pretty weak round then as you get in to it alittle m ore try pmc ,buffalo bore or garrett rounds. (if you dont reload) I have a Buffalo Classic with a 32in barrel it is very accurate out to 150 yards with open sights.
