As for the my shooting habits, I'm also one of the top 3-D shooters in my area. I average between 400-415 / 440 on my local courses, all depends on the day. I will be shooting the 2005 I.B.O. national championship triple crown next year and expect to do very well.
Now Extreme I shoot ALOT of arrows, your gonna have your work cut out for you
