My dad has a buddy who has a ranch near Arco ID. We are invited to go elk hunting there this year. I asked my dad about NR tags and his buddy told us that we just need to get our hunting lic. and he will have elk tags. Does that sound right? I always thought we would have to apply in the early spring for tags.
