I've never tallied all the deer I've shot but I'm somewhere in the mid 20's. I'd guess the number at 23 or 24. Until a couple years ago it was only legal to take 1 a year in Maine and in New Hampshire. Now with the extended season in Maine I can shoot 2 bucks and virtually unlimited doe. 3-4 deer a year is the limit for me. I don't care to kill more then mu family can eat.
