Thank you for your compliments, everyone! You have made me feel very welcome to these boards and I know I'll learn a lot just reading all the posts.
And yes Kimber, I cook them too Deer, squirrel, rabbit, dove...One of my favorite things to make is "squirrel in the slow-cooker!". Yummy! My family won't ever have any of it though. They're proud of me doing taxidermy and all, but none of them are into it or even hunters. So I guess they just can't quite understand.
