Default RE: Im new to bow hunting tips please

Well I would have to say that to me the most important things are learning about your bow backwards and forwards and good form. I would definately spend time at a good quality bow shop. You'll learn all kinds of invaluable info. Plus you need to pick up proper tuning and matinence of you bow. And then theres good form. Its not as important how many arrows you sling into a target as it is how your shooting each shot. What I do is shoot one arrow when im practicing. This gives me time to concentrate on my steps to shooting and to evaluate what im doing wrong if my shots off. It also saves on those expensive arrows. Shoot too many at a time and you'll be defletching and shooting the ones already in the target. Escpecially when you start shooting tight groups.[:'(] Also remember that shooting too much can actually make you a worse shooter by damaging muscle. Shoot every other day after you get your sights set where you want them. Anyways thats just my two cents and theres plenty of other and better bow hunters on this site. Good luck and welcome to the sport, your going to love it.
