This is my recipie for success. Keep in mind not everything may be significant but this always works for me. I have set up about 20 of these things. Usually if there is fletching contact it can be solved by moving the TT (Trophy Taker) string from the cable slide to the down cable.
First I mount the rest and centershot it and align up-and-down and such. Next I Tie a knot at the end of the TT string and pull the string through the tab on the rest towards the cables so the the knot stops it. Then I put a dab of some fast setting glue on the back of the knot to hold it to the tab. Next I put the bow in the press and put the TT string through the down cable at a position about an inch down from the rest. Then I take the bow out of the press and pull the TT string taunt through the cable. THen I have the customer or myself draw the bow all the way to set the tension on the TT string for the rest. Next I put the bow in a vise and pull about 1/2 cm of the TT string through the cable to make it a little more taunt so the rest is all the way up about 1" to 2" before the shooter is at full draw. Then I serve the TT string securely in the cable and cut off the excess. I usually then mushroom the end of it with a very small flame. After that just put on some thin moleskin on the forks and paper tune it to make sure everything is lined up perfectly. And shoot with the odd feather up.
I hope this helps. Good luck[8D]
