Default RE: Im new to bow hunting tips please

Welcome NewB,

There is quite a bit of information about bow hunting that it couldn't possibly be answered in a single post. Have you ever shot a bow before? If you haven't you can expect to shoot for while beofre you will become proficient. It takes time and a lot of practice to shoot consistant groups.
Another thing to expect is it is going to take a good proshop to get you set up with your first bow. As a newb It is imperative you get a setup that fits you correctly so you can shoot with good form. A shooting lesson is a good idea if you don't have someone to show you proper form. Getting started on the right foot is very important so you don't develope bad habits early. Bad habits can last a life time and can also be very difficult to get rid of.

Lastly you can expect to find a life time of the most up close and personal hunting you can imagine. Getting close to your quarry is not an accident in bow hunting. It's a way of life and extremely addicting. I don't think you'll be disappointed. Good luck and if you have specific questions feel free to fire away. We'll do our best to steer you in the right direction.
